Who is responsible

Data you send through the request form
When you send a request, the following data is collected: your name, email address, phone number if you give it, the service you are interested in, the preferred date, the number of guests, the location, dietary requirements and your message.
This data is used only to answer your request and to prepare a menu proposal and quote. The legal basis is the preparation of a contract at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). It is not used for marketing and not passed on to anyone else.
How long data is kept
Requests that do not lead to a booking are deleted after twelve months. If you book, your data is kept for as long as Portuguese tax and accounting law requires.
Hosting
This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., which also processes the request form on our behalf. Netlify may process data in the United States under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. When you visit the website, the server automatically logs technical data such as your IP address and the time of the visit, to keep the website secure.
Fonts, cookies and tracking
The fonts are served from this website itself, so no data is sent to font providers. This website does not use cookies for tracking and does not use analytics.
Links to other services
This website links to WhatsApp and Instagram. When you follow those links, the respective provider processes your data under its own privacy policy.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. You can withdraw your consent at any time. You can also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD), at www.cnpd.pt.
